About this Product

Build a stable, protective base for demanding training with the Sprung 30mm PRO Interlocking Tile. Hidden connector pieces join tiles beneath the surface to help keep the floor aligned during weight training, CrossFit, plyometrics and functional workouts. The dense rubber construction helps absorb impact, reduce noise and protect the subfloor.

Each tile covers 1 m² and includes the connector pieces needed for the interlocking system. This non-stock item has an estimated dispatch lead time of around 7–10 working days.
