Bring adjustable cable training to a compatible Rival J-3 Series Power Rack. Two independent weight stacks and movable swivel arms let you vary cable height and width for a broad range of exercises.

• Compatible only with the Rival J-3 Series Power Rack.
• Includes two 105kg stacks and two free-motion swivel arms.
• Handles slide along the front uprights with pop-pin adjustment.
• Aluminium pulley wheels throughout.
• Includes two D-handles, a lat pulldown bar, tricep rope, low-row footplate and two spotter arms.
• The supplied spotter arms replace the incompatible internal flip-down safeties.
